  • How did I qualify for this program?

    You have been selected to be a Confidant based on your past engagement and activity with Cuyana, such as website visits, store visits, email interaction, and/or purchase history. As we are always working on improving this program, all qualification criteria is a work-in-progress and we will continue to adjust as necessary. We welcome your feedback.

  • Will I always be a Confidant?

    We plan to evaluate the members of the Confidant program on an annual basis. To remain in the program, you will need to maintain a certain level of engagement and order activity.

  • Can my friend become a Confidant?

    For now, Confidant is invite-only and invites cannot be shared with friends.

  • Can I use my benefits in store?

    At this time, these benefits are exclusively for online purchases.

  • How do I preorder an item?

    Occasionally, you will receive an email with a link to access a special assortment of items that are available for purchase exclusively to Confidants before they become available to the public. You’ll be able to add these items to your cart like you normally do and purchase other items from the site at the same time. You will need to save a credit card in order to purchase any preorder items. You can learn more about how we securely save your credit card here . Your credit card will not be charged until your items ship. At this time, you will not be able to preorder and pick up items in one of our store locations.

  • When will my preordered item ship? What if I have other items in the same order?

    Prior to ordering, we will provide a shipping estimate for any preordered item. This date is subject to change, however. If you order contains items that we currently have in stock, they will be shipped immediately. You will receive tracking emails for all shipments.

  • When will my credit card be charged?

    Your credit card will be charged for the purchase price of the items contained in each shipment when those items ship. You can learn more about how we securely save your credit card here.

  • Can I cancel my preorder?

    Yes! You can cancel your preorder any time prior to processing. To cancel your preorder, please email support@cuyana.com.

  • Will I be able to purchase exclusive items in one of your retail store locations?

    Currently, Confidant exclusive items can only be purchased online.
